We are a well-established survey and valuation professional practice, founded by chief surveyor John Gledhill in 1991, dealing with all aspects of valuation of land and property both freehold and leasehold.
We carry out instructions to assess the value of premises for a range of purposes. The practice is geared towards providing prompt valuations all strictly in accordance with the rules and guidance of the governing body, the R. I. C. S, both to assess a property in terms of defects and in calculating its current worth for a range of purposes.
We are located on the northern edge of the New Forest approximately midway between Southampton and Salisbury and have practised in the area in excess of 20 years.
Only Chartered Surveyors are permitted to use the letters ARICS or F. R. I. C. S. (Professional Associate or Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
The R. I. C. S. regulates its members in the public interest. Chartered surveyors are bound by strict rules of conduct on matters such as client confidentiality and conflict of interest. Chartered surveyors advising clients must hold professional indemnity insurance and adhere to regulations governing the handling of client's money. Continuing upgrading of skills is compulsory for all practising members.
